Why Shay?

As a former Division II NCAA athlete that endured more injuries and surgeries than I care to count, I’ve come to yoga from a different place than most. I bring a unique perspective to my classes — one driven by my passion for the core tenets of the practice and my experience with yoga’s restorative powers. I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 200 hours of official, extensive and varied yoga training, and my classes incorporate traditional yoga techniques with several modern elements. You’ll love my class… and you’ll hate it… but in the end, I’ll leave you feeling spiritually and physically fulfilled.
